Facility data in reach
Clients wanted to check power efficiency, availability and room conditions without asking for a report.
A ServiceNow customer portal for Terranova, a data center provider with global reach, where every client follows PUE, SLA, climate and its own requests in an interface that takes on that client’s visual identity.

The challenge
Terranova runs data centers for clients around the world. Each client needed to see its own PUE, SLA, climate data and requests, in a portal that felt like its own.
Clients wanted to check power efficiency, availability and room conditions without asking for a report.
The same portal had to take on each client’s colors and logo while keeping Terranova’s frame.
Energy, colocation, dedicated area and MBR files had to be easy to find and download.
The process
The prototype was split into home, my requests, catalog, reports and profile, starting from login.
Header, menu and footer stay Terranova. Hero, buttons and accents follow the client’s brand color.
PUE, SLA and climate became gauges with a plain label, such as very good or medium.
Report screens were drawn for the client and for Terranova staff, who can attach new files.
The solution
The home puts search, facility gauges and open requests on one screen. Here the portal wears the orange theme of one client, with menus in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

The outcome
Each metric shows a value and a plain rating, with an info icon for those who want more.
A request page shows owner, priority, status and a timeline of every update and message.
Clients see their own brand color across the portal, so it feels like part of their own tools.
