The challenge

Many tools, no common front door.

Ambev’s people used separate places to open requests, report IT problems, find answers and follow company news. Each one looked and worked in its own way.

Scattered services

Requests, approvals, expenses and knowledge lived in different tools with different rules.

Search came up short

People had to know where something lived before they could find it.

News got lost

Corporate news, birthdays and pending tasks had no shared home in the employee’s day.

The process

Two portals, one design language.

  1. Map the services

Grouped what employees need into offers, IT problems, knowledge and the Colabora community.

  2. Shape the homes

Designed the .now service home and the Click home for news, pending items and shortcuts.

  3. Build the system

Defined colors, type, icons, buttons, forms, loaders and footer as a shared component set.

  4. Prototype by profile

Built desktop and mobile prototypes for requests, search and access management.

The solution

Ask once, find it all.

A personal greeting and one search bar open both portals. Results bring offers, articles and community posts together, and the home shows open requests at a glance.

The outcome

One place to start the workday.

A single search

One field reaches the offer catalog, the knowledge base and community discussions.

Work in view

Open requests, reimbursements and drafts show up right on the home page.

A shared look

Both portals use the same components, so moving between them feels familiar.
